Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Catalina Foothills sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
