I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Catalina Foothills sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,332 for rent here. The median home value here is around $604,100, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
