My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $113,201 in Catalina Foothills. The median home value here is around $604,100, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
