Alright, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider -Catalina Foothills sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. Rent is about $1,332/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,332 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
