Is Catalina Foothills a good place to live?

Random thought, Household incomes average around $113,201 in Catalina Foothills. Average temperature is around 70--F, so the weather is moderate. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? Cheers. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 1 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into running, this place is excellent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
