Curious what people think. I work in real estate and Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. With a population of 51,756, Catalina Foothills is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $113,201 in Catalina Foothills. Crime rate is something to consider -Catalina Foothills sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The nightlife is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in Fairview for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good internet infrastructure
- The cultural scene scene is excellent
The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Dating scene is rough
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Feel free to reach out with questions..
