Working in Catalina Foothills -salaries realistic?
Been living here since 2024. Crime rate is something to consider -Catalina Foothills sits at 2,435.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $113,201 in Catalina Foothills. Median household income is $113,201, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much reasonable but now it's excellent.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.

Came here for family and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The pet-friendliness is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
