Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and Rent is about $561/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. TIA! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
