Quick question about Cataula

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 50s, and Median household income is $119,737, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
