Grocery stores in Cathedral City -recommendations?
Hello, I'm originally from Raleigh and Homes are going for about $420,700 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,047 people. The median home value here is around $420,700, which is pretty steep. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
