Hey, With a population of 5,033, Cave Creek is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The outdoor recreation is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Hot take but it exceeded my expectations. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Denver about 5 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and quality of life.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of family-friendly activities
Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Chain restaurants dominate
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are manageable, gas is decent.
Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Feel free to reach out with questions..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Nashville about 4 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good schools in most areas
- Four distinct seasons
Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Dating scene is rough
Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are pricey, gas is excellent.
Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Happy to answer more specific questions..
