Cave Spring is underrated, change my mind
I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $85,314, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

- Plenty of shopping options
Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- High property taxes
- Chain restaurants dominate
Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
