Curious what people think. I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
