Moving to Cave Spring for work -advice?

Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $296,700 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from Boston about 15 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to community vibe but No regrets on my end..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Definitely worth checking out..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Came here for retirement and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The safety is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
