Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $431,300 on average. The median home value here is around $431,300, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
