What's it really like living in Cayce?

Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,358 for rent here. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here?

Used to live on the North side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
