Been meaning to ask this. I work in government and The median home value here is around $348,000, which seems about average. With a population of 37,202, Cedar City is a smaller city. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
