Starting a business in Cedar City?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 7 months ago and With a population of 37,202, Cedar City is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Uptown. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in tech. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Asian.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
