Cedar Falls in the winter -how bad?

Hey, Median household income is $74,165, which feels about average for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs?

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
