Cedar Falls is underrated, change my mind

First post here. You can expect to pay around $1,177 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The outdoor recreation is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
