How is Cedar Falls for outdoor activities?

Rent is about $1,177/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,177 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this?

Came here for family and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The dating scene is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much competitive but now it's decent.
