Unpopular opinion about Cedar Hills

It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to LA it's solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is average in most areas.
