Cedar Rapids is underrated, change my mind

With a population of 137K, Cedar Rapids is a mid-size city. It's a a mid-size city city with about 137K people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
