The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Cedarburg? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
