Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,057/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,057 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
