The good and bad of living in Cedarburg

Random thought, I'm a 32-year-old data analyst and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's not perfect but it works for me. Compared to Austin it's average.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
