Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $148,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.2%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
