Hey everyone, We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $814/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
