Hey folks, We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 11,017 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to LA it's hit or miss.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I work in engineering here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is tough. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
