Alright, The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $66,142 in Celina. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Lakewood area are average. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much growing but now it's pretty good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 4 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is weather. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into running, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is average in most areas.
