What I wish I knew before living in Celina

Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 18 months ago and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $155,875 in Celina. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks for reading. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in finance. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Thai.
