Alright, I'm originally from Las Vegas and Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Centennial sits at 132.1 per 100K. With a population of 107K, Centennial is a mid-size city. Rent is about $2,061/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
