Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Centennial? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $2061 for a 2BR/2BA which feels like a lot.
Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Rent tip: look for places in October-November. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Moved here last year. No regrets. The local food is incredible.

I'd add that healthcare options are better than most cities this size. Otherwise spot on!

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.
