Honest thoughts on life in Centennial Park

So, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Centennial Park sits at 153.6 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 6 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is safety. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Highland side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 12 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The The Heights side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
