Job market in Center Point for tech?

Random thought, My partner and I are Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? Thanks in advance!

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in South. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in consulting. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..
