Hey folks, I'm originally from Phoenix and Poverty rate is 14.8%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 16,125 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
