So, My partner and I are With a population of 2,575, Center Point is a small town. Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $215,800 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
