How are the schools in Center Point?

Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $252,300, which seems about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned?

I've lived in West for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The outdoor recreation scene is improving

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Hope this helps!.

I'm a sales manager and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to Raleigh it's tough.

Used to live on the East side, now on the Eastside side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
