Best hidden gems in Center

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Household incomes average around $50,731 in Center. Poverty rate is 28.4%, which is higher than I expected. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Salt Lake City it's underrated.
