Relocating to Centerburg, OH -pros and cons?

Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 1,952 people. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
