So, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $710,700 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Centerport? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
I've been here for 12 years and Rent is about $3,220/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think?
