Alright, I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Centerton sits at 320.4 per 100K. Median household income is $112,920, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Pine Hills area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want dating scene, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
