Been meaning to ask this. With a population of 8,323, Centerville is a small town. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 8,323 people. Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
