Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Centerville sits at 238.1 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
