Curious what people think. I work in government and Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $262,300 on average. It's a a small town city with about 24,815 people. With a population of 24,815, Centerville is a small town. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
