OK so With a population of 16,692, Centerville is a small town. The median home value here is around $492,700, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $117,831, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,548 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
