Hello, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $140,700 on average. The median home value here is around $140,700, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 5,736 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
