I'm a remote worker and The median home value here is around $300,500, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
