Hi all, It's a a small town city with about 1,572 people. Worth the trade-offs? The weather takes some getting used to.

Bought a house here in 2016 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I work in finance here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is excellent. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
