Crime rate is something to consider -Central sits at 809.4 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Pros:
- Low crime in most areas
- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Mosquitoes and humidity
- Limited cultural events
- Chain restaurants dominate
The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
